Terms and conditions of the 50 × Single Flat at a Special Price"

All capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions (Definitions). The Appendix forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

The promotion is organised by the following companies from the StudentSpace capital group: SGE PropCo 5.

If an Accommodation Agreement is concluded during the Promotion Period for accommodation in the StudentSpace Warsaw dormitory, the Accommodated Person shall be entitled to the following promotional All-Inclusive Fee (as defined in the Accommodation Agreement) for the entire period of accommodation:

(“Promotion”).

To use the Promotion you must conclude an Accommodation Agreement for accommodation at the StudentSpace Warsaw dormitory during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion is addressed to an unlimited group of consumers – natural persons who intend to and are entitled to conclude an accommodation agreement at StudentSpace Warsaw.

The Promotion applies to Accommodation Agreements concluded from 26 June 2026 concerning “Single Flat” rooms in the StudentSpace Warsaw Dormitory. Accommodation Agreements concluded in the StudentSpace Warsaw Dormitory for a period of 5 months are excluded from the scope of the Promotion.

The Promotion lasts until 19 July 2026 or until the pool of agreements covered by the Promotion is exhausted, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion covers a maximum of 50 Accommodation Agreements concerning Single Flat rooms. The indicated limit includes all Accommodation Agreements covered by the Promotion, regardless of the length of the accommodation period.
