How far is the dorm at 22 Wita Stwosza Street from Krakow's city centre?
Very close: UEK and Krakow University of Technology are a short walk or a few minutes by public transport away, and you can reach the Main Station and the Old Town within about fifteen minutes. An evening in the centre needs no planning — you just go.
How is Building B different from Building A on Wita Stwosza?
Both buildings share the same room standard and neighbourhood. Building B stands out with a cinema room, a relaxation square of about 150 m² with amphitheatre steps, and 139 bike spaces (89 in the garage, 50 outside). What rooms are available in Building B and how much do they cost?
Five studio types, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette: Single flat 16 m² from PLN 2,700, Single flat premium 18 m² from PLN 2,750, Single flat premium with double bed from PLN 3,100, Twin flat 26 m² from PLN 2,200 per person, and Double flat premium from PLN 3,300. All prices are all-in — utilities and internet included.
What can I do at the residence besides studying?
Plenty: watch a film in the cinema room, play in the game room, work out in the gym, cook with friends in the shared kitchen or hang out in the lobby with its chill-out and co-working zones. In warmer months, the relaxation square with amphitheatre steps works like a backyard. And when exams come, there is a quiet study room.
I'm coming on Erasmus for one semester — can I stay here?
Yes. The minimum stay is 5 months — exactly one semester. You can book your room and sign the agreement entirely online before you arrive in Krakow, which makes it an easy option for exchange and Erasmus students.
