Is StudentSpace a safe place for female and male students?
Yes. Resident safety is our priority. Our student residences have 24/7 security and monitoring, access to the building is limited to authorized people only, and on-site administration support is available. We also care about comfort and a friendly atmosphere, so everyone can feel free and safe.
What do the rooms look like and what is included?
The rooms are fully furnished and ready to move into. These are studio rooms designed with students’ everyday comfort in mind. Each room includes, among other things, a private bathroom and kitchenette with household appliances, an ergonomic study area, a comfortable bed, a wardrobe and access to fast internet.
What does the monthly fee include?
The monthly fee is fixed and includes accommodation as well as everyday living costs such as utilities: electricity, water, heating, waste collection and fast internet. This makes it easier to plan your budget and avoid unpredictable costs that often appear when renting a private apartment.
Are there common areas and study spaces in the residence?
Yes. At StudentSpace, you will find shared spaces designed for both studying and relaxing.
