Promotion Terms and Conditions
“50 × Single Flat for 2450 PLN”

  1. The Website Owner informs the User by publishing on the Website at least about:

    1.1

    the content of the planned amendment to the Regulations;

  2. Purpose and scope of the promotion

    2.1

    The offer includes renting a room Single flat — a one-person studio in the StudentSpace dormitory at al. 29 Listopada 98, Kraków 31-401.

    2.2

    The number of rooms in the promotional price is limited to 50 (fifty)

  3. Period of validity

    3.1

    The promotion runs from August 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025, or until the 50-room pool is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

    3.2

    The date and time of posting the full booking fee to the StudentSpace bank account decides.

  4. Promotional price and terms of use

    4.1

    The promotional price is PLN 2450 per month (all-in) and includes: rent, operating fees, utilities and access to high-speed Internet. The standard price is PLN 2540.

    4.2

    The condition for obtaining the promotional price is:

    a)

    conclusion of a lease agreement for 11 months, with a lease period starting no later than 1 October 2025,

    b)

    signing the contract in electronic form,

    c)

    payment of the reservation fee and deposit in the amount established in the contract.

  5. Booking procedure

    5.1

    Reservations can be made online through the form on the website [www.studentspace.pl]

    5.2

    The reservation is confirmed by email after the booking fee has been posted.

  6. Complaints

    6.1

    Complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted in writing to the e-mail address [hello@studentspace.pl] or by letter to the address of the registered office within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause.

    6.2

    StudentSpace will consider the complaint within 30 days of its receipt and inform the participant of how to resolve it.

  7. Protection of personal data

    7.1

    The administrator of participants' personal data is StudentSpace.

    7.2

    The data will be processed in order to carry out promotions, issue accounting documents and pursue possible claims in accordance with the GDPR.

    7.3

    Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer and lodge an objection.

  8. Final Provisions

    8.1

    Terms and conditions are available on the website [www.studentspace.pl]

    8.2

    StudentSpace reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for valid legal or technical reasons, without violating the acquired rights of the participants. He will inform about the change on the website at least 3 days in advance.

    8.3

    In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply.

    8.4

    The Regulations come into force on July 31, 2025.
