Terms and conditions of the "Style it your way" promotion organized by the StudentSpace group for accommodation at StudentSpace residences
All capitalized terms have the meanings assigned to them in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations (Definitions). The Appendix constitutes an integral part of these Regulations.
The promotion is organized by the following companies within the StudentSpace group: SGE PropCo 1, SGE PropCo 3, SGE PropCo 3, and SGE PropCo 5 (each referred to individually as the "Organizer"). The Organizer for a specific resident is exclusively the company that is a party to their Accommodation Agreement. Each Organizer is solely responsible for its own obligations under these Regulations. The liability of the Organizers is not joint and several.
If you sign any Accommodation Agreement during the Promotional Period for a room at StudentSpace 29 Listopada, StudentSpace Wita A, StudentSpace Wita B, or StudentSpace Wołoska, you will be eligible to receive a 500 PLN IKEA gift voucher (the "Voucher") in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Regulations (the "Promotion").
To benefit from the Promotion, the following conditions must be met collectively: (i) conclusion of an Accommodation Agreement during the Promotion Period, (ii) the pool of Vouchers referred to in Point 7 has not been exhausted, and (iii) submission of an application in accordance with Point 5, within the time limit specified therein. One Resident is entitled to no more than one Voucher, regardless of the number of Accommodation Agreements they have concluded.
To obtain a Voucher, you must send an email no later than September 20, 2026, to: hello@studentspace.pl from the email address used to conclude the Accommodation Agreement, stating "Promocja – Urządź się po swojemu" in the subject line and confirming your desire to receive the Voucher in the body of the message. Applications submitted after this deadline do not entitle the applicant to receive a Voucher. The Organizer will verify compliance with the Promotion conditions and, if met, will send the Voucher in electronic form to the email address from which the application was made within 5 business days of receiving the application. If the Promotion conditions are not met, the Organizer will inform the applicant within the same timeframe, stating the reason.
The Promotion is aimed at an unlimited group of consumers – natural persons who intend to conclude an Accommodation Agreement at StudentSpace 29 Listopada, StudentSpace Wita A, StudentSpace Wita B, or StudentSpace Wołoska.
The Promotion applies to Accommodation Agreements concluded between September 4, 2026, and September 15, 2026 (inclusive) ("Promotion Period"), provided that the number of Vouchers available in the Promotion is limited to a total of 30. The Promotion ends upon the expiration of the Promotion Period or when the pool of 30 Vouchers is exhausted – whichever occurs first. Eligibility for the Voucher is determined by the order in which Accommodation Agreements are concluded, and in the event that Agreements are concluded on the same day, by the order of applications as referred to in Point 5.
The Voucher is redeemed under the terms specified by its issuer, including its validity period. The Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, and the Resident is not entitled to a cash equivalent in place of the Voucher.
Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the email address: hello@studentspace.pl. The complaint should include details identifying the Resident and a description of the objections. The Organizer will review the complaint and provide a response within 14 days of its receipt to the email address from which the complaint was sent.
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the Promotion is the Organizer who is a party to the Accommodation Agreement concluded with the given Resident. Personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including issuing the Voucher and handling complaints, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), as well as for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent upon the Organizer (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). These Terms and Conditions enter into force on September 9, 2026, and apply to agreements concluded from September 7, 2026.

Appendix No. 1 to the "Furnish Your Way" Promotion Terms and Conditions
refers to the property located in Krakow at ul. 29 Listopada, consisting of land plots numbered 254/5 and 255/5 from precinct 22, developed with a collective housing building (student dormitory) along with accompanying infrastructure.
refers to the property located in Krakow at ul. Wita Stwosza, constituting land plot number 207/2 from precinct 8, developed with a collective housing building (student dormitory) along with accompanying infrastructure.
refers to the property located in Krakow at ul. Wita Stwosza, constituting land plot number 218/55 from precinct 8, developed with a collective housing building (student dormitory) along with accompanying infrastructure.
refers to the property located in Warsaw at ul. Wołoska 18, constituting land plot number 20 from precinct 1-04-01, developed with a collective housing building (student dormitory) along with accompanying infrastructure.
has the meaning given in Section 3 of the Terms and Conditions.
has the meaning given in Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions.
means the person who has concluded the Accommodation Agreement
has the meaning given in Section 3 of the Terms and Conditions.
means these terms and conditions of the "Make it your own" promotion.
means the accommodation agreement entered into with the Organizer regarding accommodation at:
StudentSpace 29 Listopada Residence,
StudentSpace Wita A Residence,
StudentSpace Wita B Residence
or StudentSpace Wołoska Residence.
