In which district of Warsaw is the StudentSpace dorm located?
Our dorm at Wołoska 18 is in the heart of Mokotów, one of Warsaw’s most valued districts. It is a great base for students: close to universities, full of greenery and very well connected with the rest of the city.
Are bills and utilities included in the room rental price?
Yes. StudentSpace is a private all-inclusive dorm in Warsaw. The monthly fee includes all utilities, including electricity, water, heating and high-speed internet. There are no additional or hidden costs.
How do I reserve a room in a private StudentSpace dorm in Warsaw?
Reservation is simple and 100% online. Just choose the date and room type, sign the agreement in documentary form, pay the deposit and administrative fee. You can complete the whole process without leaving home.
At what times can I move into my room in the dorm in Warsaw?
Move-in is possible from Monday to Friday during reception opening hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, especially from abroad, contact us in advance.
Which universities are near the StudentSpace dorm on Wołoska?
The location on Wołoska is a great choice for students of many Warsaw universities. You can reach SGH in about 18 minutes, the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw in 15 minutes, Warsaw University of Technology in 20 minutes, the Medical University of Warsaw in 17 minutes and Lazarski University in just 12 minutes. SGGW, Vistula University and WSB Merito are also nearby.
Does renting a student room in Warsaw require a paper agreement and handwritten signature?
No. The agreement is concluded online in documentary form. You do not need to print anything or provide a handwritten signature for it to be fully binding.
