What is the minimum length of stay?
You can stay at our student housing for a minimum of 5 months, which equals one academic semester. However, we encourage you to sign a longer lease - 9, 10, or 11 months - in which case we will be able to offer you a much more favorable price.

No, all metered charges related to the consumption of utilities (water, electricity, heating,waste disposal), high-speed Internet or fees for access to and maintenance of common spaces are already included in the rent. We also provide you with 24/7 security or repair service of appliances your room is equipped with. There are no additional costs for your accommodation. You can focus on your studies and your development.
Is there a difference in the standard of the student rooms between the Wita Stwosza and al. 29 Listopada locations?
No, all our private student dormitories in Krakow offer the same premium quality. No matter which location you choose, you will get a fully furnished student apartment with a private bathroom. The buildings only differ in the interior design of the common areas and their location – Wita Stwosza is slightly closer to the city center.

That’s why, in certain cases, StudentSpace may offer the option to end your lease early through mutual agreement.

Absolutely! At StudentSpace, you should feel right at home. We care about everyone’s safety, so your guest will need to fill out a short form and can stay in the building until 10:00 PM. If you'd like your guest to stay overnight, there’s a small nightly fee. This helps cover the cost of extra utilities and use of shared spaces. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any damages your guest may cause during their stay.

Yes, everything you need for your daily life is close by! Within a 10-minute walk from the dormitory, you’ll find popular stores like Żabka, Biedronka, and Pepco, as well as several smaller grocery shops.
Will I be able to use any additional services on-site?
Yes! We offer a range of optional services for an extra fee, such as additional room cleaning or overnight guest stays. You can order them yourself through the Client Portal or by visiting the front desk. At the front desk, you can also borrow a vacuum cleaner free of charge. It’s totally up to you to choose the cleaning option that works best for you.
Where can I go shopping while living in the Wita Stwosza dormitory?
Living on Wita Stwosza is incredibly convenient. In the vicinity (about 15 minutes on foot), you will find Żabka and Biedronka stores. Additionally, Galeria Krakowska, one of the biggest shopping malls, is very close, offering hundreds of shops, services, and a large supermarket.
Is there a laundry room in the dorm?
Absolutely! Every StudentSpace dorm has a laundry room with dryers available for a reasonable fee. We’ve also included an ironing area where you can use an iron free of charge.
