We combine functionality, modern design, and a sustainable approach – creating spaces that support everyday growth, well-being, and a true sense of belonging.
Our goal is to create 5,000 modern, energy-efficient student beds in the largest academic cities in Poland within the next 3 to 5 years.
We are already developing more than 2,800 beds in Krakow and Warsaw. In Krakow, three StudentSpace dorms are already operating: at Wita Stwosza 16 (Building A), Wita Stwosza 22 (Building B), and 29 Listopada 98, offering more than 1,200 beds in total. In Warsaw, we are developing three projects with approximately 1,600 beds, including the StudentSpace Warsaw Woloska dorm in Mokotow and a new private StudentSpace dorm in Warsaw, which will be developed at the corner of Beethovena and Dziekonskiego streets in the southern part of Mokotow.
The first StudentSpace dorm in Warsaw, located on Woloska Street, will open in September 2026 and will offer more than 500 beds. The second Warsaw project, StudentSpace at the corner of Beethovena and Dziekonskiego streets, will open in September 2027 and will deliver nearly 600 beds for students.
