Costs and Payments
Are bills and utilities included in the room rental price?
Yes. StudentSpace is a private all-inclusive dorm in Warsaw. The monthly fee includes all utilities, including electricity, water, heating and high-speed internet. There are no additional or hidden costs.
What is the minimum accommodation period?
You can stay in our dorm for a minimum of 5 months, meaning one semester. We encourage you to sign an agreement for a longer period, such as 9, 10 or 11 months, as this allows us to offer you a much better price.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is equal to one monthly room fee. We do not want to deduct any amounts unnecessarily. If you have taken care of your room, the deposit is returned in full after the agreement ends.
Booking and Contracts
Does renting a student room in Warsaw require a paper agreement and handwritten signature?
No. The agreement is concluded online in documentary form. You do not need to print anything or provide a handwritten signature for it to be fully binding.
How do I reserve a room in a private StudentSpace dorm in Warsaw?
Reservation is simple and 100% online. Just choose the date and room type, sign the agreement in documentary form, pay the deposit and administrative fee. You can complete the whole process without leaving home.
Organizational Matters and Dorm Life
Is the dorm closed at night? Can I come back at any time?
You decide what time you come back, so you can return whenever you like. Reception staff are on site 24/7, and every resident has their own key, so accessing your room will not be a problem.
Can I have guests?
Of course. At StudentSpace you can feel comfortable and at ease. For safety reasons, your guest should fill in a form and may stay in the dorm until 10:00 PM. If you want your guest to stay overnight, there is a daily fee for their stay. This amount covers the cost of additional utilities and use of shared spaces. You are also responsible for any damage caused by your guest.
Are the rooms furnished?
Yes, all our rooms are fully furnished, equipped with household appliances and designed for studying. In every room you will find a comfortable bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, kettle and fridge-freezer, as well as a desk with an ergonomic chair and a spacious wardrobe.
