Terms and Conditions of the “First Full Month at StudentSpace 50% Off” Promotion organised by companies of the StudentSpace group of companies, concerning accommodation at StudentSpace student residences
All capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions (Definitions). The Appendix forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is organised by the following companies of the StudentSpace group: SGE PropCo 1, SGE PropCo 2, SGE PropCo 3 and SGE PropCo 5 (each individually referred to as the “Organiser”). The Organiser in relation to a given Accommodated Person is exclusively the company that is a party to the Accommodation Agreement concluded with that person. Each Organiser is liable solely for its own obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions. The Organisers’ liability is not joint and several.
If an Accommodated Person concludes a new Accommodation Agreement during the Promotion Period concerning accommodation at the StudentSpace 29 Listopada Student Residence, the StudentSpace Wita A Student Residence, the StudentSpace Wita B Student Residence or the StudentSpace Wołoska Student Residence, the Accommodated Person shall be entitled to request a 50% reduction of the All-Inclusive Fee due for the first month of accommodation under that Accommodation Agreement (the “Discount”), on the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions (the “Promotion”).
Participation in the Promotion is conditional on the cumulative satisfaction of the following requirements: (i) the Accommodated Person’s conclusion of an Accommodation Agreement during the Promotion Period, and (ii) submission of a notification and conclusion of the Amendment, in accordance with the rules set out in Point 5. Each Accommodated Person is entitled to no more than one Discount, regardless of the number of Accommodation Agreements concluded by that person during the Promotion Period. The Promotion applies exclusively to new agreements concluded within the period described in paragraph 3 above.
In order to make use of the Discount, a message must be sent, no later than 7 October 2026 (inclusive), to: hello@studentspace.pl from the e-mail address used to conclude the Accommodation Agreement, confirming in the body of the message the intention to make use of the Discount. A notification submitted after this deadline shall not entitle the sender to the Discount. Upon receipt of the notification, the Organiser shall make available to the Accommodated Person, via the student portal, an amendment to the Accommodation Agreement confirming the terms of the Promotion (the “Amendment”). Availing of the Discount requires conclusion of the Amendment.
The Promotion is addressed to an unlimited number of consumers – natural persons who intend to conclude a new Accommodation Agreement at the StudentSpace 29 Listopada Student Residence, the StudentSpace Wita A Student Residence, the StudentSpace Wita B Student Residence or the StudentSpace Wołoska Student Residence.
The Promotion applies to Accommodation Agreements concluded in the period from 21 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
The Discount consists of a 50% reduction of the All-Inclusive Fee due for the first month of accommodation under the relevant Accommodation Agreement and is applied by concluding the Amendment. The Discount may not be exchanged for cash, and the Accommodated Person is not entitled to any cash equivalent or other form of compensation in lieu of the Discount. If the Amendment is not concluded, the Discount shall not apply.
Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the e-mail address: hello@studentspace.pl. A complaint should contain data enabling identification of the Accommodated Person and a description of the reservations raised. The Organiser shall examine the complaint and respond within 14 days of its receipt, to the e-mail address from which the complaint was sent.
The controller of the personal data processed in connection with the Promotion is the Organiser that is a party to the Accommodation Agreement concluded with the given Accommodated Person. Personal data are processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including granting the Discount and concluding the Amendment, and of handling complaints, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), and for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Organiser (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 18 September 2026 and shall apply to Accommodation Agreements concluded from 21 September 2026.

Appendix 1 to the Terms and Conditions of the “First Full Month at StudentSpace 50% Off” Promotion
means the real property located in Kraków, at ul. 29 Listopada, comprising cadastral plots (działki ewidencyjne) nos. 254/5 and 255/5 in precinct (obręb) 22, developed with a building for collective residence (akademik/student dormitory), together with accompanying infrastructure.
means the real property located in Kraków at ul. Wita Stwosza, constituting cadastral plot no. 207/2 in precinct (obręb) 8, developed with a building for collective residence (akademik/student dormitory), together with accompanying infrastructure.
means the real property located in Kraków at ul. Wita Stwosza, constituting cadastral plot no. 218/55 in precinct (obręb) 8, developed with a building for collective residence (akademik/student dormitory), together with accompanying infrastructure.
means the real property located in Warsaw at ul. Wołoska 18, constituting cadastral plot no. 20 in precinct (obręb) 1-04-01, developed with a building for collective residence (akademik/student dormitory), together with accompanying infrastructure.
has the meaning given to it in Point 5 of these Terms and Conditions.

means an accommodation agreement concluded with the Organiser, concerning accommodation at the StudentSpace 29 Listopada Student Residence, the StudentSpace Wita A Student Residence, the StudentSpace Wita B Student Residence or the StudentSpace Wołoska Student Residence.
