New Private Student Residence in Warsaw – What is Coming to Wołoska Street?
A new building offering over 500 beds in private, fully furnished rooms is being built at Wołoska Street. We are designing it as a private student residence in Warsaw that combines the comfort of everyday living with functional spaces for studying and socializing.
In the building, we have planned, among other things:

- communal kitchens,
- recreational spaces, e.g., game rooms,
- a gym with a fitness area.
