Terms and conditions of the "50% off for the first month!" promotionorganised by companies from the StudentSpace capital group,concerning accommodation in StudentSpace dormitories in Krakow
All capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions (Definitions). The Appendix forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
The promotion is organised by the following companies from the StudentSpace capital group: SGE PropCo 2 and SGE PropCo 3.
If an Accommodation Agreement is concluded during the Promotion Period for accommodation in the StudentSpace Wita Stwosza dormitory, the Accommodated Person shall be entitled to the following one-off discount: a one-off discount of 50% of the All-Inclusive Fee (as defined in the Accommodation Agreement) payable for the first month of the accommodation period ("Promotion").
To use the Promotion, you must conclude an Accommodation Agreement for accommodation at the StudentSpace Wita Stwosza dormitory during the Promotion Period and enter the dedicated discount code "SALES50" reducing the All-Inclusive Fee for the first month of accommodation when providing your details for the Agreement.
The Promotion applies to Accommodation Agreements concluded from 12 August 2025 for (i) "Single Flat" rooms (as named on the website https://www.studentspace.pl/) (ii) for a period of at least 9 months.
The promotion is aimed at an unlimited group of consumers – natural persons who intend and are entitled to conclude an accommodation agreement at StudentSpace 29 Listopada 98.
7. The promotion runs from 12 August 2025 until further notice ("Promotion Period").

Appendix 1 to the Terms and Conditions of the "50% off the first month!" Promotion
means collectively Akademik StudentSpace Wita Stwosza 16 and Akademik StudentSpace Wita Stwosza 22
means the property located in Krakow at ul. Wita Stwosza 16, constituting a registered plot of land with the numbers 207/2 in precinct 8, developed with a collective residential building (student dormitory) together with accompanying infrastructure.
means the property located in Krakow at ul. Wita Stwosza 22, constituting plot no. 218/55 in precinct 8, developed with a collective residential building (student dormitory) together with accompanying infrastructure.
has the meaning given in Point 7 of the Terms and Conditions
has the meaning given in Point 3 of the Terms and Conditions
means these terms and conditions of the "50% off for the first month!" promotion
means the accommodation agreement for accommodation at the StudentSpace Wita Stwosza Dormitory
